Our Visionary Leader
Humbe is the Principal and Founder of Waterfall Properties. She has a bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Limpopo and an Honors degree in Information and Knowledge Management from the University of Johannesburg.
She is a Registered with The Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority of South Africa as a Master Principal Real Estate Agent. Humbe has been involved in the real estate sector since 2018.
She is building Waterfall Properties brand through consistent service, ethical practices, and strategic networking. For her this s more than just managing teams and transactions. It’s about inspiring agents, fostering clients trust, and guiding the business towards sustainable growth.
